A friendship started by God in 1984 – we are 4 women who, between us, have 15 children & 21 grandchildren; We love God, our families, singing & playing guitars. Life came along and separated us for awhile but the divine strands of friendship prevailed and we were reunited after 14 years. Though miles separate us now we remain closer than ever and remain forever sisters in Christ.
"What therefore God has joined together, let no one put asunder." Mark 10:9
I sing high harmony with my "Sisters". I have 3 kids, Christa, Jenny and Bobby. I have 5 grandchildren. Besides music, I love my vegetable and flower gardens, living in the country, various crafts and spending time with my family & friends. I work for March Labs making a SUPERIOR product called WOOL WAX CREME! Being a Parlor Sister has truly been God's Blessing in my life. I am honored to call these girls my "Sisters".

I married my high school sweetheart Mike 35 years ago producing, Dustin, Josh, & Lindsey. Nanny to six grand-daughters age 7 and under. I sing melody, although I try and sing harmony too. I marvel at God's wisdom in graciously allowing me to sing with the most wonderful best friends in the world. Hobbies include grandbabies, painting, sewing, crafts and playing guitar.

I’m currently working at Kimberly-Clark in Human Resources (Labor Relations). I married Glenn Simpson from Bozeman in 2001. We enjoy boating, fishing, crabbing, and camping out here in Washington. I love having company, and we treasure our trips back to Montana to visit our kids, grandkids, and families…that especially includes my Parlor Sisters!!
We are sisters We have different mothers but we are born of the same father My eyes are brown, yours are blue My hair is brown, yours is blonde My skin is dark, yours is pale We look different, we act different and we talk different but we have the same heart We are sisters We are of a common creed Our goal is souls - Our weapon is prayer We live in different cities We sit in different pews but we shed the same tears for the lost We like different foods But we drink from the same well We are sisters of a common creed Our banner is unity - Our bond is love and we enter Father's presence through the same door. You are my sister - and I am yours
“God smiled the day we became friends…” His plan was yet to be revealed. Unknown to us, we were bound by Christ Forever our love would be sealed.
We thank God, our Loving Father for this ever so perfect plan. That which brought us all together Was guided by His loving hand.
In all of the chapters of our lives, God was the author….we know He scripted our lives with His pen & ink As our friendship continued to grow.
Our families and loved ones surrounded us Consuming the lives we lived God patiently waited in the shadows For our eyes to focus on him
Successes & failures we’ve all had Happiness & pain we’ve all known God watched out and protected And always called us His Own
There is no measurable distance Or time in the friendship we share. Even in times we are separated We always know one another care
Our hearts still remain one & the same A friendship that never ends For this Gift of God’s love & each other We are so thankful…. Forever friends! mmw 12/07
"Psalms of a Lay Woman" by Edwina Gateley:
LET YOUR GOD LOVE YOU Be silent. Be still. Alone, Empty Before your God. Say nothing Ask nothing. Be silent. Be still. Let your God Look upon you. That is all. He knows. He understands. He loves you with an enormous love. He only wants to Look upon you With His Love. Quiet. Still. Be. Let your God-- Love you.
